Extinct in the wild, poisonous golden frogs are thriving at the North Carolina Zoo

ASHEBORO, N.C. — Most people visit the North Carolina Zoo to see the biggest animals like the elephants, lions, and giraffes, but zookeepers say you shouldn’t miss out on the small creatures too like the dart frogs in the aviary. There is even one you can see that is completely extinct in the wild. Shannon Smith shows us more in today’s Zoo Filez.
