Lead Girls trains future female leaders of the Triad with support from Women's Fund of Winston-Salem

Creating social change is the Women's Fund of Winston-Salem's goal. It's a strategic initiative from the Winston-Salem Foundation. They make that change with the help of a group of more than 700 women and girls from the area. And as FOX8's Katie Nordeen tells us, one program which the fund is concentrating on is called Lead Girls.
