GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Interstate 840 North is closed following a crash on Friday evening, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred at Mile Marker 6, near Exit 6 for Battleground Avenue.

The closure began at 5:43 p.m. and is expected to last until 7:43 p.m. The anticipated impact on traffic is high.
