ATLANTA — Wake Forest lost for the 10th straight time at Georgia Tech Saturday, dropping a 73-59 decision in front of 6,580 at McCamish Pavilion.

The Deacons fell behind 11-0 in the first four minutes and never fully recovered while missing shot after shot. Wake Forest shot 20 percent in the first half, and 30 percent for the game.

“We didn’t answer the bell,’’ Coach Danny Manning of the Deacons said.

The loss snapped a two-game winning streak and dropped Wake Forest to 11-13 overall and 3-8 in ACC play. The Yellow Jackets, who shot 46 percent and out-rebounded the Deacons 41-33, won for only the second time since December while improving to 11-13 overall and 2-9 in conference play.
