GREENSBORO, N.C. -- If I told you a person worked out four hours a day at least four days a week, I bet you'd consider that person an intense workout warrior or a fitness fanatic at the very least.
Now, what if I told you that person was 90 years old? Would your perception change?
Meet Willie Williams, from Greensboro, who is inspiring others by her actions.
The Hayes-Taylor YMCA is like a second home to Williams. She's here four days a week from 5 in the morning to 9 doing a variety of exercises.
Williams sticks to her routine, which even includes a kettlebell weight training class. Other people have noticed.
FOX8's Kevin Connolly caught up with Williams to talk about her incredible workout routine.
