GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Sweat equity is a term used in real estate to describe the added value to a house when the labor is performed by the homeowner.  At Greensboro College, head basketball coach Bryan Guluski put in a little “sweat equity” this summer with the help of his No. 1 fan -- his father.

Guluski is now in his 7th season with the Pride.  His father, Steve, recently retired from his job with a utilities company in upstate New York, so Bryan asked him to help out with renovating the team’s locker room.

The renovated locker room is much larger with more storage space and includes an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
