Physicists explain why coffee is more likely to spill than beer

Ever wondered why servers can carry whole trays of beers through a crowded restaurant with ease, but you can’t seem take make it across a room without sloshing your cup of coffee?

Well some curious physicists at Princeton University were pondering that too and have come up with an answer.
