Yadkinville police arrest several in months-long drug investigation

YADKINVILLE, N.C. — Yadkinville Police have arrested nine people after a months-long series of investigations dubbed “Operation Evergreen.”

The investigations were concentrated on prescription drug problems, which led detectives to other illegal narcotics and illicit drug trafficking activities.

Pamela Sue Conley, 43, of Poplar Circle in Yadkinville was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver oxycodone, sale and delivery of oxycodone, conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine, and maintaining a vehicle for keeping and selling controlled substances. Conley is a resident care coordinator at a local adult living facility. Conley was placed under a $10,000 secured bond.

Jerry Franklin Miller, 72, of Pine Valley Drive in Yadkinville has been arrested for conspiracy to sell and deliver hydrocodone. Police allege that Miller was receiving medications from VA Services and sold them to supplement his income. Miller was released on a $1,000 unsecured bond.

Joshua Logan White, 29, of West Lee Ave in Yadkinville was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, sell and deliver marijuana, and maintaining a dwelling for the storage and sale of controlled substances. White was placed under a $10,000 unsecured bond.

T. Robert “Boo” Torrence Jr., 55, of Washington Street in Yadkinville was arrested for possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, sell and deliver cocaine, and felony possession of cocaine. Torrence was placed under a $5,000 unsecured bond.

Christopher Ray Bullin, 26, of Crescent View Drive in Yadkinville was charged with sell and deliver of oxymorhphone (Opana) and sell and deliver of hydrocodone.

Christopher Jacob Jarvis, 23, of Carolina Avenue in Yadkinville has been arrested for sell and deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, and maintaining a dwelling for the storage and sale of controlled substances.

Pauline Danielle Kimber, 26, of West Lee Avenue in Yadkinville was charged with conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine, larceny by employee, and possession of oxycodone. Kimber was an employee of a local adult living facility.

Pauline Lashon Glenn, 20, of Oakland Boulevard in Boonville was arrested for sell and deliver cocaine, conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, and felony possession of cocaine.

Benjamin Edward Walker, 30, of Everidge Farm Road in Hamptonville has been charged with sell and deliver alprazolam, and possession with intent to sell and deliver alprazolam.

One additional arrest is pending for conspiracy to sell and deliver methamphetamine.
