Winston-Salem man held on $100K bond in accused statutory rape of 14-year-old

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — A Winston-Salem man is facing statutory rape charges after deputies say he had sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl in Davidson County.

Deputies responded to a residence in Davidson County and spoke to the 14-year-old victim’s father who said he found his daughter outside in a vehicle with a 25-year-old man.

The man was identified as Omar Rauf Toor of Craft Drive, Winston-Salem.

He was charged with statutory rape and given a $100,000 bond at the Davidson County Detention Center. Toor’s court date is set for July 10.
