Instead of just thinking about college, some fifth graders in Randleman are wearing their selected college’s colors every Friday.
It was the idea of the infectiously enthusiastic James Johnson.
Johnson also had his students write a friend about their ambitions on going to college and asking for advice. They each received a letter with a personalized plan of action for their future.
