Josh Cranfill is one of the football coaches at his alma mater, Western Alamance, where he gives the pre-and post-game speeches every week.

"You give up, you're beat.  You can't do it.  If I was to give up, 15 years ago, I wouldn't be here," he tells the team.

Josh is also suffering from muscular dystrophy, which is slowly and methodically robbing him of the use of his body.

"My message is about life. What you do in life is the same as football. If you do everything to half of your ability, it's not going to work," Josh explains.

Western Alamance would go on to win Friday’s game against Williams in a 55-14 victory.
