WAKE FOREST, N.C. — A search warrant request and 911 call released Monday shed new light on what happened to a young mother, allegedly at the hands of her husband.

The details come nearly a week after 34-year-old Stephanie Autry was found dead in her home in the 4400 block of Iyar Way on Oct. 27.

The warrant says police were asked to check on Autry’s welfare by her nanny who was taking care of her 3-year-old son.
