GREENSBORO, N.C. — A vote on money for the International Civil Rights Museum has been delayed until August 20.

Greensboro City Council was expected to discuss the request at its meeting Monday night, but a discussion between city leaders and the museum board on Thursday prompted them to move the discussion.
