Victim hospitalized after shooting in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A person was hospitalized following a shooting in Greensboro on Wednesday evening, according to Greensboro police.

At 7:54 p.m., officers responded to 715 W. Florida St. in reference to a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located at gunshot victim who was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

There is no suspect information at this time, Greensboro police said.

The name of the victim is being withheld by police temporarily.
