ALLENTOWN, Pa. — A medical fish breakthrough in Allentown, Pennsylvania, has gone viral on Facebook.

Mr. Hot Wing, a goldfish, is wearing what could be the first set of fish braces.

A picture of the cute fish was posted on Facebook by Lehigh Valley Veterinary Dermatology.

The fish doctor, Brian Palmeiro, told WPVI the fish was born without a lower jaw bone and his mouth couldn’t stay open, which made it hard to eat and breathe. Dr. Palmiero crafted the custom braces out of a plastic credit card. The surgery cost about $150 dollars.
