Two vehicles struck by gunfire after shooting in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police are investigating a shooting that left two vehicles damaged early Saturday morning at a parking lot of an apartment complex.

Police said they were called to the 1400 block of East Washington Street around 2:50 a.m. in reference to shots fired in the parking lot of Sebastian Village Apartments.

No injuries were reported, although two vehicles had been struck by gunfire, according to police. The extent of the damage has not been released.

Details about a possible altercation are unclear at this time and the investigation is ongoing, according to police. Anyone with any information can call Crime Stoppers at (336) 373-1000.
