MCLEANSVILLE, N.C. -- It’s all hands on deck moving into December for local businesses, who are trying to keep momentum from a strong Thanksgiving weekend. Businesses, including Replacements, Ltd., are pivoting their focus to online presence ahead of Cyber Monday.

The business, based just east of Greensboro, is a world leader for replacing old and new china, silver and crystal and more.

Replacements expects that 80% of holiday sales will be made through their call center or online.

"We've added an extra shift here at the company, and we have employees pulling and packing orders from 6 a.m. to beyond midnight at this point, in order to get those orders out to our customers,” said Replacements marketing manager Kevin Winkler.

Right after Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday gives people a chance to give back to the less fortunate in the community by donating and partnering with local charities and non-profits. You can find ways to get involved here.
