Months after electric car charging stations were closed across North Carolina, Tesla is bring them back for its luxury cars.
The electric car manufacturer is partnering with CBL and Associates, adding stations across the country.
Unlike the state’s charging stations, these will be at shopping areas owned by CBL.
The first in North Carolina are expected to go up at Alamance Crossing in Burlington.
The chargers will allow up to four drivers a chance to charge their cars at once, within minutes.
Right now, the company already has 9 stations, mostly on the west coast.
