WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A man said he was robbed at gunpoint when two people asked to use his cell phone in Winston-Salem early Friday morning.
Police responded to the 600 block of West Fourth Street around 2 a.m. after a 25-year-old man said he was approached by two men in their 20s. They asked to use his phone, then demanded his money while showing a handgun.
They took items from the victim and fled on foot.
