GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police are looking for a man they say robbed a convenience store early Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to a Wilco Hess at 3110 Sandy Ridge Road around 2:49 a.m.
The clerk told officers a white male walked into the store with a handgun and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
The Wilco employee was not injured.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall and skinny build.
He was wearing light colored blue jeans, a black jacket, a dark colored bandanna on his face and was armed with a handgun.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
