Surveillance video released from Reidsville convenience store armed robbery

REIDSVILLE, N.C. -- Reidsville police have released surveillance video from an armed robbery that happened on Thursday.

According to Reidsville police, officers responded to the Citgo convenience store, located at 226 W. Harrison St., at about 10:30 p.m.

In the video, the suspect enters the store wearing a ski mask, brandishes what appears to be a handgun and demands money from the registers.

The suspect then leaves the convenience store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Based on witness descriptions, Reidsville police said the suspect is a male who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and approximately 180 pounds.
