DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C.-- Hundreds of high school students from around the country helped to repair and restore homes in Davidson County this week.

Over 400 students spent the week painting, building wheelchair accessible porches and ramps and removing storm debris at 54 different homes in Davidson County.

The WorkCamp Foundation partnered with the Lexington Housing Community Development Corporation to find homes of the elderly or disabled that needed work.
