Update — The Silver Alert for Lillian Gean Ann Jackson has been cancelled.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 83-year-old Greensboro woman who may be in danger.

Police are asking people to be on the lookout for Lillian Gean Ann Jackson, who was last seen at a Greensboro home in the 5400 block of Tower Road.

Police said Jackson is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

She is described as an 83-year-old black woman, standing 5’3” and weighing 170 pounds. She has short black/gray hair and brown eyes. Police said she was last seen wearing gray pants and black and white shirt and black shoes.

Jackson may be traveling in a white 2005 Nissan Sentra with a North Carolina license plate of PXH-9461.
