Update: Silver Alert cancelled for missing Davidson County man

Update 1:51 a.m. — The Thomasville Police Department has cancelled the Silver Alert for Rayvon Thomas Black.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Rayvon Thomas Black, 90, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Black was last seen at 1140 Black Road in Thomasville. He may have been traveling toward Lexington in a white 2003 Ford Ranger with North Carolina registration 1845DV.

Anyone with information about Black should call Officer Eric Taylor at the Thomasville Police Department at 336-475-4260.
