Shots fired at Burlington club

BURLINGTON, N.C. — Police are investigating after shots were fired at a Burlington club early Wednesday.

At about 1:51 a.m., officers responded to the parking lot of Club Enve, located at 2398-D Corporation Pkwy., concerning a disturbance.

Upon arrival, the manager told authorities that two men fired a handgun. During the disturbance, an unrelated vehicle was struck by a bullet.

As of Wednesday morning, it’s unknown if there are any injuries and shell casings were located near the entrance of the club.

Aside from the manager, no witnesses came forward and the police are searching for the suspects.

The investigation is ongoing.
