THOMASVILLE, N.C. — A Davidson County father said he is outraged after his 15-year-old daughter brought home a class survey asking questions including “What form of seduction or come on do you like the most?” and ‘What’s the most sensual or sexual part about you?”

Mike Shore’s daughter goes to Ledford High School in Thomasville and was reportedly given the two-page survey in her Theater Arts class on the first day.

The survey contains 50 questions including five under the label “sex.” Shore said the questions are just too personal to be asked in any class.

“I just really didn’t think these were appropriate questions for a child to be answering,” Shore said. “If I was to have that conversation with a child down here at the Kelly station, somebody  would be either be shooting me or finding an officer and having me arrested, so what makes it ok for a teacher too?”

The Davidson County School District would only say that they are aware of the survey and are investigating it.

It remains uncertain how many students were given the survey. Shore said his daughter dropped the class after the first day.
