Sex offender arrested at Graham High School basketball game

ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — A registered sex offender has been arrested after Alamance County authorities said he attended a high school basketball game.

Brandon William Johnson, 23, of Burlington, was arrested for sex offender on child premises after he allegedly attended a Graham High School basketball game on Wednesday.

The suspect was arrested on the charge of a sex offender being on child premises in violation of state law.

Johnson was placed in the Alamance County Detention Center under a secured bond of $100,000 and has court planned for Thursday.

He was convicted last year of indecent liberties with a minor involving a 15-year-old, according to the North Carolina Department of Justice.
