RAMSEUR, N.C. – Eastern Randolph High School’s fall concert will honor student Morgan Elizabeth Crutchfield, who died suddenly Monday.
Crutchfield died at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center from an allergic reaction.
Choral teacher Lindsey Gallagher said Crutchfield had a passion to sing and was always willing to learn.
“I want them to know that when I think of her, I think of her smile. She just had a beautiful voice, a great attitude and just always smiling. Always wanting to make the best of every moment,” Gallagher said.
The choir has invited the Crutchfield family to attend the fall fundraiser concert for free Tuesday night at Parks Crossroads Christian Church in Ramseur.
Admission at the door for the concert is $7.
