While most people are thinking about Halloween, here’s a Christmas reminder. If you think you will need some extra help this holiday season, it’s time to fill out an application with the Salvation Army.
People in Greensboro and Winston-Salem can start signing up Monday. You can go to the Salvation Army office on South Aycock Street in Greensboro from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday until October 11.
In Winston-Salem, you can sign up at the location on Peters Creek Parkway. They are only taking applications there until Saturday.
People in Stokes County and Asheboro can sign up for holiday help starting Tuesday.
