This edition of Roy’s Folks is about a woman who has made over 40 dresses for her cat. Every day she puts one on the cat and takes her for a ride in a baby stroller.
One of the really amazing things about the story is the cat rides unrestrained and never jumps out, even when a dog comes out barking.
