Rockingham County business vandalized; ‘We are here! KKK’

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. -- A Rockingham County man discovered on Wednesday morning that his business was vandalized, according to the sheriff's office.

Todd Hale told sheriff's investigators that he found a noose tied to the fence at his business, Clarence Hale Auto Parts at 722 Cascade Ave. outside of Eden.

He also said "We are here! KKK" had been painted on the side of an RV located on the property.

Additional graffiti was found by sheriff's investigators painted on and along the roadway of Cascade Avenue into Virginia across the state line.
