Power outage shuts down GTCC’s Jamestown campus until noon

GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — Due to a power outage, GTCC has canceled all classes at its Jamestown campus until noon.

The college posted an update on Twitter Wednesday morning, informing students of the outage.

College officials initially said the power outage affected all campuses, but later Tweeted and said it’s only in effect for the Jamestown campus.

As of 7:17 a.m., the reason for the power outage is unknown.
