Police search for man who robbed beauty supply store at gunpoint

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are looking for a man they say robbed a beauty supply store at gunpoint on Monday.

The incident happened around 3:02 p.m. when a man walked into Sally Beauty Supply at 115 W. Elmsly, Greensboro, and demanded money.

Police say the man pointed a gun at the clerk and told him to fill a bag with money from the register.

The man is described as an older black male, wearing a black toboggan, black sunglasses, black coat and black pants.

No mode or direction of travel is known.
