Police say NC man exposed himself to child in store parking lot

CARY, N.C. — Cary police have charged a Roxboro man with exposing himself to a child in a grocery store parking lot, WTVD reported.

According to an arrest report, it happened March 11 at a Harris Teeter on O’Kelly Chapel Road.

The report said the victim is just 10 years old and there was a witness.

Police have 22-year-old charged Gabriel Newell Garza with indecent liberties with child and indecent exposure.
