Bridgeport, Conn. — Bridgeport police officers are spreading some joy this holiday season.

On Wednesday, police officers pulled over nearly 25 unsuspecting drivers in the city, for a “minor traffic violation.”

But instead of issuing them tickets, officers handed each driver a turkey for Thanksgiving.

This was in an effort to continue to build a relationship with the community, police said in the video.
