Police investigate multiple reports of vandalism in High Point

HIGH POINT, N.C. — People who live or drive along Blain Street, Clover Drive and Hamilton Street saw vandalized homes, cars and businesses.

Vandals used spray-paint to write offensive words and images.

So far, police say 35 incidents have been reported and they expect that number to increase. The first incident was reported at about 6:48 a.m. Sunday.

Capt. Cherie Maness with the High Point Police Department says the vandals struck overnight. Investigators haven’t identified any suspects.

Any home or business owners that have surveillance video are asked to call CrimeStoppers at (336) 889-4000.
