EAST POINT, Ga. — Police are searching for five people they say were involved in a brawl at a Georgia restaurant on Mother’s Day.
According to WSBTV, the fight broke out at Kiku Japanese when an employee smiled at a “problematic” customer.
Witnesses said plates, trays and an ice bucket were thrown during the brawl.
A family caught in the middle of the incident recorded video of the whole thing and now police are using it to identify those involved.
Sailyn Barlow, who witnessed the brawl, said she had to duck several times to avoid being hit during the fight.
Although no one was seriously injured, Barlow’s family said it was a frightening incident.
Charlie Son, the owner of the restaurant, said he lost around $5,000 from the damage and the people who left without paying.
