HIGH POINT, N.C. — Police on Thursday released surveillance images of a woman wanted in connection with the armed robbery of a convenience store in High Point.
Police said three men armed who were armed with a Taser and a gun entered the Triangle Grocery store at 1001 Hickory Chapel Road around 10:50 p.m. Sunday. The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of cash and scratch-off lottery tickets, police said.
On Monday, police said the same woman tried redeeming the stolen lottery tickets at three separate stores in High Point between 2:15 and 2:45 p.m. The stores were the Pantry Shop at 1421 English Road, the Cash Mart at 2312 Westchester Drive, and the Food Lion at 2200 Westchester Drive.
The suspect was last seen getting into a white four-door vehicle that was missing its left-front hubcap and had a black molding on its side.
