JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — A man and woman were arrested after North Carolina officers pulled over their van and allegedly found an active meth lab inside.

The Jacksonville Daily News reported that Camille Victor Careme Jr., 48, and Cynthia Lowe, 35, face charges after being pulled over Friday in Jacksonville.

Officers pulled over a white Chevy Astro van in a parking lot after an officer said he observed a “traffic violation.”

The suspects consented to a search and the officer found an “active meth lab” inside, according to the paper.

The suspects face drug charges including manufacturing methamphetamine and were both given $105,000 secured bonds. Neither suspect has a known address.
