Authorities on Wednesday released dash-cam video of the arrest of country superstar Randy Travis.

Travis was charged with being intoxicated in public in Sanger, Texas early Monday morning after the Super Bowl on Feb. 6.  He was arrested by a police officer who spotted Travis’ car parked in front of a church.  An open bottle of wine was found inside the car.

The officer who made the arrest did not appear to realize who the suspect was, and mentions several times that Travis was missing his ID.

As the officer explains to the famous singer that he’s going to be taken to jail, Travis repeatedly asks: “Are you kidding me?”

Travis was released about six hours later and has since apologized for the incident.
