WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The left two lanes of Interstate 40 West were closed as the result of a Saturday afternoon crash in Winston-Salem.
The crash occurred at Mile Marker 192 near Exit 192 for NC 150/Peters Creek Parkway.
The left two lanes of I-40 West were closed.
There is no word as to what caused the crash or the status of anyone involved at this time.
