WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A Greensboro man was killed in a crash on Peters Creek Parkway on Friday evening, and four juveniles were taken to the hospital, according to Winston-Salem police.

Around 3:56 p.m., officers responded to the 2100 block of Peters Creek parkway

Two vehicles were involved in the crash.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash and said speed was a factor, while alcohol was not.

The deceased was identified as Cristian Michael Raman, 20, of Greensboro.

Four juveniles were also taken to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.

Investigators say a Dodge Journey was going north on Peters Creek Parkway when it crashed into a Hyundai Elantra, being driven by a 41-year-old man, which was turning onto Peters Creek Parkway from the Parkway Plaza Shopping Center.

The Dodge Journey then crashed into the support pillar of Salisbury Ridge Road.

The four juveniles who were taken to the hospital were in the Dodge Journey, police say.
