GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) – A woman died in a single-vehicle crash in Greensboro Thursday night.

Around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Greensboro police say they were called to US 29 southbound near Martin Luthur King Jr. Drive about a crash involving serious injuries.

Police say that Andrea Dimas Pacheco, 29, of Winston-Salem, was driving a Chevrolet SUV when she ran off the road and her vehicle overturned. She was pronounced dead on the scene.

The southbound lanes of US 29 in the area were closed for several hours while investigators worked.
