GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Police launched a homicide investigation after the body of a woman who was shot and killed was located on South Church Street in Greensboro.
The Greensboro Police Department released early details of the death investigation on Wednesday.
Police say officers responded to a report of a body found on the 100 block of South Church Street around 7 a.m.
Police say Tiffany Holmes-Williams was found dead of a gunshot wound.
Greensboro police continue to investigate.
