GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Greensboro police say they are investigating a shooting in Greensboro at a grocery store on Monday.

Police believe the victim was grazed by a bullet on Summit Avenue at Jay’s Grocery then drove to a Family Dollar on Phillips Avenue.

Police say an SUV with a bullet hole in the windshield was found in the parking lot of the Family Dollar.

The victim also drove himself to an apartment after being grazed by the bullet, police say. A family member then called 911, and the victim was taken to the hospital.

His injury is reportedly non-life-threatening.

There is no suspect information available at this time.
