Non-profit group donates fence to dog in Guilford County

GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — Tying up your dog is not only unhealthy for him or her, but it’s also against the law in Guilford County.

But not everyone can afford to build a fence. That’s where Unchained Guilford comes in.

They are a non-profit group that helps low-income and physically limited families give their dogs some freedom.

On Saturday, they put up a fence for a dog named Thor, who was found in a snowstorm. Check it out in the video above.
