GREENSBORO, N.C. — Natty Greene’s Brewing Company will open a new restaurant that will bring the butcher, baker and beer maker under one roof.
“We are really excited about three different facets,” said Kayne Fisher, co-founder of Natty Greene’s. “You are going to know your butcher, you are going to know your baker and beer maker.”
The restaurant, called Natty Greene’s Kitchen & Market, will open at Revolution Mill in early 2017. The restaurant will open in the 9,000-square-foot building that used to serve as the carpenter building when the mill was in operation. The restaurant will hold more than 300 with a hundred diners able to sit on a large patio that reaches out toward Buffalo Creek.
The revitalization of the mill continues to grow with more than 60 companies already using the facility and 142 apartments scheduled to open later this year.
“We want this to become a true community space with Greensboro,” said Tucker Bartlett, with Self-Help, the developer of Revolution Mill. “Working with the city to even bring the greenway through revolution mills.”
