Most people over the age of forty can sing right along: “I’d like to teach the world to sing … in perfect harmony!” and they would know, immediately, that it’s an ad for Coca-Cola.

There’s a woman from North Carolina who wants to alter that, slightly, to, “I’d like to teach the world to … talk to each other.”

Molly Barker had already created one very successful organization called, “Girls on the Run.” But while she worked with the group, The Bi-partisan Policy Center in Washington, D.C., she realized the world was becoming just the opposite: very, very partisan.

So Molly decided to do something about it. First, she started talking about that concept and found a lot of people who nodded knowingly and enthusiastically.

In this edition of the Buckley Report, see the organization she then started to do its part to bring people together.
