ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. — Citizens interested in learning more about local government are encouraged to apply for the county’s first citizen’s academy.
The Citizens’ Academy is a free, comprehensive, ten-week program to help Rockingham County citizens better understand how Rockingham County Government operates.
Applications will be accepted until Midnight on Tuesday.
