Man taken to hospital after being shot, injured in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. – A man was treated at the hospital Friday night after a shooting in Greensboro.

Police said a man was standing on the corner of Phipps and Pershing streets when he was shot.

Police have not identified the victim, who authorities said sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

No other details were immediately available.
